The winery was established in 2004 in Almachar, and was the first of its kind in this part of the Axarquía region of Málaga where the traditional use of the Muscat of Alexandria grapes is in the production of raisins.
With the harvest of 2004 came the birth of the first bottles from our winery, nestled in the heart of the Axarquía region of Málaga. This mountainous region of steep slopes and slate soil near the Mediterranean is believed to be one of the oldest viticultural areas in Europe. Due to the steady increase in production, in 2008 the winery began to move its installations to their present location in Vélez-Málaga.
